West Shores Lions Club

The West Shores Lions Club is starting a community-based Leo’s Club; endorsed by parental support. Headed by Lion Candi Brown, the club meets every second and fourth Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at the POA in Salton Sea Beach.
The purpose of the club, which has chapters all over the world, is to instill an understanding of positive leadership models, a sense of community and, of course, a real willingness to serve the community. Any teenager aged twelve though eighteen who lives in the West Shores communities of Desert Shores, Salton Sea Beach, Vista del Mar or Salton City, is eligible for membership.
Dues are $5 a month and are used to offset the cost of supplies, etc. Watch for these kids – they are ready to take on the world!
