The Coyote Steakhouse at the Palms at Indian Head has revised its opening schedule.

It is now open seven days a week, 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with happy hour every day from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., including complimentary hors d’oeuvers.

David Leibert, co-owner said, “Business is great, we are up on last year and it warrants us now being open all week. We have many upcoming events – Super Bowl Sunday, the John Richen Art Collection Sale, Mardi Gras Fat Tuesday, Valentine’s Day, and of course, we are waiting to see if there will be a Super Bloom. As you can see, all-in-all, we have a very busy schedule.”
