Banking Issues Reported Following CVB–Frontwave Conversion
Share

Borrego Springs customers report card problems, account changes, and online banking difficulties following the scheduled conversion.
Banking issues are being reported in Borrego Springs as of November 6 following the CVB–Frontwave system conversion, which was scheduled for October 30 through November 2.
Reported issues include account number changes, cards no longer working, and difficulty accessing online banking. Customers needing statements can call the local branch to request printed copies.
The conversion notice said full service was expected to resume November 2 at 9 a.m. It instructed customers to sign in at Frontwavecu.com using their existing CVB credentials, then create a new password when prompted. Customers should also activate their new Frontwave debit cards upon receipt.
Although the notice said CVB debit cards would continue working throughout the conversion weekend, card problems have since been reported locally.
Customers experiencing issues should contact the local branch or Frontwave at
