On January 15, was declared Julian Pathways, Inc. Live Well San Diego day by the County of San Diego.

The nonprofit organization in Julian recently partnered with Live Well San Diego to promote a more healthy community in the backcountry. Julian Pathways has partnered with Live Well San Diego in the past, however, they have recently renewed their connection to solidify their desires to provide a more healthy environment for the Julian community.

By partnering with Live Well San Diego, Julian Pathways will have access to more support services for the Julian community. Executive Director, Hilary Ward, is proud of the work that Julian Pathways has accomplished so far however, looks forward to providing more for the community.

Their recent partnership is a renewal that demonstrates a desire to strengthen the resources for the thriving community. Whether is it providing a robust school lunch menu or opportunities for parents to learn more recipes for their families, the partnership between Julian Pathways and Live Well San Diego is sure to be a benefit for all aspects of the community.

A representative from Supervisor Dianne Jacob's office presented the proclamation at the monthly Backcountry Collaborative.
