Go sit back and relax at The Springs at Borrego for the Borrego Springs Community Concert Association’s annual free concert Sunday April 7, 5 p.m. This year’s free concert will feature recently named Female Vocalist of the Year in the California Country Awards Alice Wallace. Wallace mixes modern folk, classic country, Americana and Blues.
