2019 ABF Photo Contest

The Anza-Borrego Foundation held its annual photo contest opening reception at the Borrego Art Institute Feb. 2. Many of the photographers were in attendance to collect their ribbons, along with Best of Show and First Place winner Garett Wood, for his exceptional photo (see below) titled, "Hope."
