They’re back! Sponsored by the Richard Brooke Foundation, the low-cost spaying/neutering pets mobile truck is back Monday Jan. 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church. Pets eight weeks or older, pregnant or in heat are OK. Suggested donation $25. For spay/neuter reservations, please call 760-366-1100.
