Peg Leg Smith's Liar Contest

The Pegleg Smith Liars Contest is moving – and that’s no lie. After seventy years at the Pegleg Smith monument northeast of Borrego Springs, the contest is now heading south to the American Legion property, 4515 Borrego Springs Road. The contest will be held April 7 at around 7 p.m. Attendees should bring their own chairs.
