San Marcos Mayor Jim Desmond attended a meet and greet fundraiser at Rams Hill Saturday Jan. 20, and he spoke both of his fiscally responsible achievements as mayor and his aspirations if elected 5th District County Supervisor in the 2018 midterms. Bill Horn is retiring due to term limits.
