Emergency Medical Services - Community Forum at Julian Library
Last updated 8/18/2017 at 1:55pm
Tuesday, Aug. 22, there will be a community forum held at the Julian Branch Library from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., to discuss quality improvements of emergency medical services.
The forum is organized by the County Health and Human Services Agency's office of Emergency Medical Services, as the County of San Diego is conducting a study on how to improve access to quality services in the county's backcountry. These include rural and desert communities.
Part of the process is getting feedback from residents, who live in the areas and other stakeholders at a series of community forums.
The study will also look at how to ensure the closest, most appropriate resources can be sent to the scene of a medical emergency in the backcountry.
If you are unable to attend one of the scheduled community forums, but still would like to hear more information or submit feedback, contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 858-505-6382.
