Salton Sea - Developing Community

Dozens of people gathered Saturday April. 30 to continue efforts to save the Salton Sea at an event sponsored by Agess Inc.

The company is working to educate the community and develop sea agriculture with the creation of a visitor center.

Further plans include a pilot project with wet labs, to start testing water, with equipment donated by the Torres Martinez Desert Cahuilla Indians.

Nathan White, CEO of Agess Inc said. "We want to utilize that to have a place where people can come and learn more about Salton Sea history and all the anticipated companies that could be involved in the mitigation and management of the Salton Sea,".
