At the monthly board meeting on May 11, the high school Associated Student Body (ASB) President informed us of some of the upcoming events for the middle and high schools; Senior Prom will be at the Borrego Springs Resort on May 28, with Grad night on June 9. The ASB is in the process of organizing a tug of war competition, and the junior class is planning their end-of-the-year pool party. The senior gift this year, which got approval earlier in the month, will be a sculpture of a Ram and a plaque. Details on the reveal of the sculpture is yet to be released.

The board recognized these student's of the month; Sixth grade: Mildred Sanchez; seventh grade: NONE; eighth grade: Danielle Del Bono; ninth grade: Angela Perez; tenth grade: Samantha Fernandez; eleventh grade: Alexis Delgado; twelfth grade: Adriana Rubio.
